Return Policy – Tuliglow

At Tuliglow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a flexible return policy, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Return Timeframes

You have two return options depending on your situation:

1. Standard Return Window (14 days)

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return under this period:

  • The product must be in good condition
  • Preferably in its original packaging
  • With all original accessories included

No justification is required to request a return within this period.


2. Extended Return Policy (up to 90 days)

Tuliglow also offers an extended return window of up to 90 days from the date of delivery, applicable only if the product has not been opened or used.

To qualify under this extended policy:

  • The packaging must remain completely sealed and unopened
  • The item must be in perfect, resellable condition

⚠️ If the product has been opened or used, only the standard 14-day return window will apply.


General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused and undamaged
  • With original tags (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable or quickly deteriorating goods
  • Opened hygiene or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the replacement product

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days
